Thanks, @abdonrd - being able to start updating the changelog in a more structured and continuous way was much needed (I'm sure Erick, Ali and Juan can comment on how much "fun" was to create the changelogs for the previous versions).
After this PR, we will encourage contributors to just append a line to the existing CHANGELOG.rst during the pull requests, so we can keep track of the changes more easily and in a more systematic way.
